Art Club Officers
As an Art Club officer at Hillsboro High School, your role is to be a leader, motivator, and creative force behind everything we do. It’s your job to inspire fellow officers and club members by staying positive, enthusiastic, and engaged in the projects and events we’re lucky to host. This club is a privilege—not a chore—and it thrives because of your energy and leadership.
Officers are responsible for:
-
Creating Excitement: Spark passion for art and keep the momentum going throughout the year by promoting upcoming projects and events with enthusiasm.
-
Leading by Example: Stay motivated and help each other stay focused. The energy you bring sets the tone for the rest of the club.
-
Contributing Ideas: As a student-led organization, you get to shape the club! Bring your creative vision to life by suggesting new projects and improvements.
-
Event Participation: At least two officers must be present at each Art Club event. A rotation system will be in place. If you cannot attend, you must find a substitute. Missing an event without notice will result in a point deduction; a second no-show means no letter.
-
Attendance at Key Events: All officers are required to attend both the Induction Ceremony and Night of the Arts.
-
Accountability & Growth: You were chosen for this role because of your leadership potential. Take pride in this opportunity—it’s a stepping stone to becoming the successful person you are meant to be.
Art Club is as incredible as you make it. Be vocal about your experiences, encourage others to join, and take pride in the projects you’re part of. With strong, dependable officers, our NAHS chapter will continue to grow and thrive.
